Akwasi Boadi, better known as Akrobeto, debunked any thoughts of financial difficulties in the country’s film industry.
His statement follows numerous of his coworkers’ claims that the acting industry does not pay enough for performers to be able to earn a living off of it, let alone own mansions.
He asserts that anyone who asserts that Kumawood actors and actresses are unable to construct mansions or make a nice life from their performing contracts is a “big” liar.
The movie actor revealed that he used his acting income to construct a home, highlighting his intention to do the same for himself and his children. He mentioned how the comfortable life he was leaving behind was made possible by the high money he was able to earn through performing.
Any person who makes such a claim is illiterate. I already own a home, and I also intend to buy another. For each of my kids, I even want to build a house.
