Ghanaian media personality, Nana Yaa Brefo, has debunked claims from some Despite media presenters that McBrown has betrayed the company after they made her a superstar.
Some pained Despite Media presenters such as Ola Michael and Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, launched attacks on McBrown for leaving the company.
The common complaint was that she had abandoned the company after they turned her from a mere Kumawood actress into a television presenter.
They claimed McBrown was ‘made’ by Despite Media and has now Shown ingratitude by leaving
However, Nana Yaa Brefo completely shut down such claims.
According to her, Mcbrown herself is a dynamic, multi-talented individual which allowed her to transition from acting to presenting.
According to Brefo, you could try and train someone to become a media personality all you like but the person would never succeed unless they had natural talent
Brefo congratulated Mcbrown on her move and said female media personalities must stand together because they are often facing abuse from others.
