The 23-year-old actress took to her social media page to share a video of herself working out to her a more slender-looking shape.
Her video has since sparked a lot of controversy. Maame Serwaa is seen with a more pronounced backside and a small waist.

In April 2018, she was featured in BBC Africa’s documentary on the Thriving Ghanaian Movie Industry.
She has also won several awards including Kumawood Best Actress of the Year 2015 and Ghana Tertiary Awards Best Actress of the Year 2018.
